Actual practice
François Breuer is coaching individuals and teams. His clients are generally highly trained specialist or directors and managers in the higher echelons of organisations.
As management consultant he advises on development and change processes.
In teams and relations between collaborating parties he intervenes on request to repair or improve the cooperation.
As trainer he coaches colleagues and gives workshops on management of change and on influencing, consulting, coaching and leadership skills.
My philosophy: I am aspiring to develop the individual, the team and the organisation system in their interconnectedness and work exclusively ‘to measure’, in close collaboration with my clients. Development has always an element of surprise, is generated by friction and creates energy.
I am able to stimulate others to be creative, to place oneself under scrutiny and to learn, only if I am doing that myself too.
And furthermore: I like to cause movement in complex patterns between people.
Development is nourished by circles of loving colleagues.
For relaxation I am painting, singing in a choir and I love to be in the country.
I like telling stories and use that as a working tool when it is fitting.
